Actress Rakul Preet Singh, who has been basking in the success of Venkatadri Express, was robbed recently while she was holidaying in Bangkok. This is not the first time southern actress is being robbed in foreign soil. In the past, Hansika had a similar experience.
According to her statement, “The incident happened when I was travelling in a tuk tuk with my friends. When we stopped at a traffic signal, two robbers came on a bike and snatched my bag away, which was worth almost one lakh rupees. The other things that the robbers got away with included my camera, two mobile phones, Rs. 60,000 (in cash), my debit and credit cards and most importantly my green card.
Rakul has filed a police complaint in Bangkok, but has not recovered her stolen items so far and there has been no trace of finding out the robbers as well
