Veera-Simha-Reddy-Suguna-SundariNandamuri Balakrishna is in the Sankranthi race with Veera Simha Reddy. As the film heads for release, the promotions are amped up. The second single, Suguna Sundari was unveiled a short while ago.

This is a catchy and peppy dance number. Thaman has come up with a foot tapping tune that has instant connect factor. While there isn’t anything absolutely fresh in terms of tune and composition, they do have the repeat value, which is key.

The best thing about the song is arguably Balakrishna’s looks. His styling is on point. In the recent past, Balakrishna’s attempts at modern looks with trendy outfits weren’t satisfying fans to the fullest.

But in this lyrical video, his modern looks are pure eye feast to fans. The outfits have been carefully designed to suit him very well. This could well go down as Balayya’s best modern look in recent times.

Ram Miryala’s vocals are in tune with the tune and the theme. He complements Thaman’s composition with his vocal renditions. So does the female singer Snigdha Sharma.

While the first song Jai Balayya is a full on folk mass number, Suguna Sundari is completely contrasting. It is a modern peppy number. Fans should enjoy Balayya’s striking new look on big screens.

The film is set for theatrical on the 13th of January. It is a mass potboiler directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Mythri Movie Makers
