The teaser of Varun Tej’s new flick, a boxing tale, Ghani is out. We get the first real glimpse into the actual content of Ghani, and it happened with a punchy voiceover delivered by Mega Powerstar Ram Charan.
After introducing us to the various characters in the glimpses and other promotional content, the makers finally show us the real content. The whole thing looks slick and packed with artists.
The voice-over by Ram Charan highlights the theme with goes with the flow showcasing the lead character Ghani essayed by Varun Tej. And that is all we get apart from the glances at various characters and a touch non-boxing events.
From what one could make out, the story arc looks conventional for a sports drama. Boxing based tales are not new in Telugu, but they haven’t come in the recent past, which adds to the freshness. Varun Tej looks sharp and effective as the boxer. We have previously seen his work out from the title track video, and it is clear that a lot of effort has been put into it.
The music by S Thaman shines as usual. The cinematography by George C Williams gives that grainy realistic tinge that suits the terrain perfectly.
Saiee Manjrekar debuts as heroine in Telugu with Ghani. Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Sunil Shetty, Naveen Chandra, Nadhiya, and Naresh etc., play the supporting roles.
Check out the teaser below. Kiran Korrapati directs the movie. A major thing to notice is Ghani’s release date being moved from earlier announced December 3rd to December 24th. It was expected given the announcement of a biggie on December 2nd. Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby jointly produce the movie.
