First trailer actor Varun Tej’s commercial outing with Puri Jagannadh is out and one must say at the outset that it is underwhelming. In fact it would be pretty mild way to express disappointment considering the fact that Loafer is a film after Temper.
Right from the first frame one gets a feeling that the old and out of form Puri Jagannadh is at work here. Everything looks so forced like Varun trying hard to be cool and massy and gives the vibe of a half baked product. Puri’s film in recent past years with Mega family heroes has been bad and this look likes a continuation of it. One can call it a lucky escape if there is at least a scene or two of vintage Puri in the film going by the trailer. One final rant has to be about the music which doesn’t give the vibe of an A grade product, it’s strength of the director otherwise though.
