Pawan Kalyan’s fans are full happy for the first look of ‘Vakeel Saab‘, the official remake of Bollywood blockbuster ‘Pink’. It was released this evening and was received well because of the laid back attitude of Pawan Kalyan in the poster. However, there are mixed opinions on the title.
Social media users are debating about Pawan Kalyan’s looks comparing the first look poster to the first look posters of ‘Pink’ remade in different languages. Some saw the transformation from a women-centric subject to hero-centric in Pawan Kalyan’s movie.
Now, we can’t judge a movie based on the first look poster. Nonetheless, when a star like Pawan Kalyan is associated, the focus would be on the star rather than the subject. ‘Pink’ is basically a concept-based women-centric movie.
So, it would depend a lot on the director and liberty given to him while directing the star. It’s a very sensitive subject and one has to wait and see how the director tweaks the narrative to cater to the tastes of common Telugu audiences.
‘Pink’ was remade as ‘Nerkonda Paavai’ in Tamil with Thala Ajith Kumar playing the role of the lawyer who is the central point of the narrative. Amitabh Bachchan essayed the role in the original with complete conviction.

I am not saying you shouldn't make it commercially viable and all, atleast include The girls in the first look poster… Because the movie is about the girls, keep the title more universal related to the topic than just doing hero worship.
