Vinayak has one passion and that is buying theaters. He doesn’t like buying tickets but likes buying theaters quips the director in an interview. He has as many as four multiplex cine complexes and is trying to a build a new one in Rajahmundry. His friends advice him to invest in oil based industries and others. But, Vinayak has this passion of buying theaters so intact that he likes to continue it.
In his youth, the director wasn’t interested in things like girls, alcohol and other ways of entertainment, as work had been his driving force. He developed this habit of smoking eventually and isn’t able to forego it like millions of smokers in the world who want to quit. Except for smoking, he has no other bad habit reveals Vinayak.
