Panja Vaishnav Tej’s Uppena has rocked the box office on its opening day. The movie has collected around 10 Crore Share on its first day across the globe. This can be termed as a sensational start considering the fact a newcomer and also with the pandemic still around.
This is the biggest opening for a debut hero movie. It should be mentioned here all the star kids have played safe with their first films opting for commercial potboilers but Vaishnav Tej chose a difficult subject like Uppena.
This is also a record opening for a young hero if we discount the stars. The movie is going to be another hit for Tollywood in 2021. The year has started on a high note for Tollywood after that COVID-battered 2020.
