Did the National Awards 2016 jury failed in choosing the right person for the Best Actor awards? That’s what angry fans of Chiyaan Vikram are alleging on the jury. They were expecting a National Award for Vikram, who won it earlier for ‘Pithamagan’.
They are unhappy that Vikram’s performance in ‘I’ was overlooked and Amitabh Bachchan was chosen for the honors in that category. The fans have turned trolls and are posting tweets spewing their anger on the injustice they think is done to Vikram.
Some of them even opine that some stupid politics came into play and that’s the reason why Viram was not chosen. Malayalam Superstar Mammooty, Bollywood young hero Ranveer Singh, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran were others who were among the nominees.
