Unexpected and Surprising Dominance By The GhostNagarjuna is a relieved man these days as his performance as Nandiastra in Bollywood’s VFX adventure, Brahmastra, has been well appreciated by critics and the audience alike. Now he is coming up with a slick action thriller titled, The Ghost in the direction of Praveen Sattaru.

The film initially had a low buzz among the audience and the trade, but the release of its theatrical trailer has turned the tide for the film. The promotional trailer was cut in such a way that it was filled with a good amount of stylish action elements, which created some buzz on social media.

Megastar’s Godfather is also releasing on the same date as The Ghost, October 5. Maybe this is the first time in the annals of Telugu cinema history that a Nag film is being more anticipated than a Chiranjeevi film, thanks to the mediocre teaser, the remake factor, and lackluster promotions from the Godfather team.

Here’s some more good news for Akkineni fans. The film has been receiving good offers from all area distributors in the twin Telugu states. Now the famous Goldmines Telefilms owner Manish Shah is in talks with the makers of The Ghost to acquire the Hindi dubbing version rights of the film. He wants to release The Ghost’s Hindi version simultaneously with the Telugu one.

If everything falls into place, an official announcement regarding The Ghost’s Hindi release will be out soon. Akkineni fans are expecting that if the talk on its first day is phenomenal, then it might emerge as a mini Pushpa in the North.
