The Final rites of Uday Kiran were completed a short while ago in Erragadda Burial Ground. The body which was in NIMS Mortuary the whole night was kept in Film Chamber for Public to pay their last respects. Fans, friends, relatives and industry people visited the body there and paid homage to the actor. His body was taken to Erragadda in a open top jeep. Hero Srikanth and few actors accompanied the body for the final ceremony in Erragadda too.
The burial ground was jam packed with fans who came there to get a final glimpse of their favourite actor. Some of the fans of the actor shouted slogans against film star turned Politician Chiranjeevi in the burial ground. It is known that Uday Kiran committed suicide on Sunday by hanging himself due to depression as film offers declined and back to back failures in the movies.
