Bollywood always looks forward to the best of South Indian films to remake them for a pan Indian audience. Many top stars over the years and decades have been part of them and scored big blockbusters. However, there are two remakes which are currently in discussion stages, that look non-starters from the casting itself.
The two Telugu films in question are, Dhuvvada Jagannadham and Brochevarevarura. Bollywood top makers have reportedly got the remake rights and they are currently in the casting process. Currently, the eye is on locking the lead.
The buzz in the Bollywood is that Siddharth Malhotra and Karan Deol are in talks for the remakes of Dhuvvada Jagannadham and Brochevarevarura.
The rumour itself has not met with a positive response. In fact, there is a unanimous opposite reaction to it. Both are getting trolled.
The more visible reaction, however, is reserved to Siddharth Malhotra. DJ is not a great piece of cinema, but still, the character portrayed by Stylish Star Allu Arjun is too much for the Bollywood. It is something he has never tried and not suitable for his sophisticated looks. It is an ongoing failed attempt by Siddharth Malhotra to gain a mass image. Unfortunately, it is not working.
However, considering how Bollywood movies entirely rework the original, one never knows how the final output might turn out. It is only with a revamped version that Siddharth could at least try his luck.Don't MissFact: Jagan Could Not Manage 20% Of ChandrababuHousing for all is one of the Ratnam of YSR Congress's Nava Ratnalu - the...Don't Miss#WhoIsBalakrishna: Bad Example Of Tollywood Fans!Nandamuri Balakrishna's comment about AR Rahman in an interview opened a big controversy.
