Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan is coming up with the remake of Forrest Gump titled Laal Singh Chaddha. There are huge expectations from the film as Aamir is the one who opened the 100-, 200-, and 300-crore clubs in Bollywood. But the hype for the film is extremely low, and Aamir seems clueless.
Aamir recently hosted a special screening of LSC for celebrities from the Telugu film industry that included SS Rajamouli, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, and Sukumar. A pic of the screening has been making rounds on social media, and netizens are having a ball commenting on it.
Bollywood is facing a recession these days, post-covid. Also, the negative perception of the audience and the hashtag #BoycottBollywood regularly trending on social media are giving nightmares to Bollywood stars and makers. So Aamir seems to have arranged this special preview to gauge the response from south industry Thalwarts and, if possible, make some last-minute changes based on their response.
Many on social media are saying that if Aamir follows SS Rajamouli’s suggestion, it might be of great help to the film, but if he follows Megastar’s suggestion, it might end up like Acharya.
