The above are snapshots of various scenes in Kotha Bangaru Lokam. You can clearly see Balu (Varun Sandesh) is studying Bi.P.C according to the image. And in the climax scene, when Heroine’s father asks Balu what he is doing. He says he completed engineering and is the college topper. So, Varun Sandesh studies for doctor and becomes a topper in Engineer.
