Whenever powerful roles like Neelambari in ‘Padayappa’ (Narasimha in Telugu) or Shivagami in ‘Baahubali’ came her way, Ramya Krishna lived her characters like no one else did. Imagining anyone else in those roles is nearly impossible. When this is the case with seasoned actresses competing Ramya Krishna’s talent, can a commercial actress like Trisha even match her?
Coming to the point, for the first time Trisha is going to be paired opposite Dhanush for his next to be helmed by Durai Senthil Kumar under his home banner Wunderbar Films for which Dhanush entered into a record Rs.35 Cr deal on first copy basis. While Dhanush is playing dual roles, Trisha will be seen opposite the role of the elder brother.
There are reports in the media that Trisha’s character in the film will be as powerful as Ramya Krishna’s Neelambari in ‘Padayappa’. However, claiming Trisha to do a Ramya Krishna is going a little overboard as one can be damn sure that Trisha can come nowhere near the senior actress, performance wise. What say?
