Bangaraju trailerThe theatrical trailer of King Akkineni Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya starrer Bangarraju is out. It is an out and out entertainer set in a village background. And hence, a Sankranthi festival release is its biggest USP.

Right from the first frame until the end, Bangarraju‘s vibe is that of a rural background entertainer. Even the slangs of the artists are present that way. The whole thing feels like something new for Naga Chaitanya, but it’s not the same for Nagarjuna. The latter has done similar parts previously.

The beginning part of the trailer reminds one of the director Kalyan Krishna’s cacophonous Ra Randoi Veduka Chooddam. However, it gets better and ends with an intrigue involving the ghostly stuff.

Nagarjuna reprises his part as Bangarraju whereas Naga Chaitanya is seen as his grandson. Bangarraju is a direct sequel and extension of the first part according to Kalyan Krishna.

Check out the trailer below. Krithi Shetty plays the heroine in Bangarraju opposite Naga Chaitanya. Ramya Krishna continues her pairing with Nagarjuna. Anup Rubens has provided the music to Bangarraju which is all set to hit the big screens on January 14th.
