A case has been filed against top actress Kangana Ranaut’s bodyguard Kumar Hegde on the charges of rape and unnatural sex. The complaint was filed by a 30-year-old beautician in Mumbai who rued that Hegde forcefully molested and cheated her.
According to reports, the woman in her statement said that she has been acquainted with the accused for the past eight years. But it was only last year he proposed to her and on the pretext of marriage he made a move to a live-in relationship. He then physically molested her multiple times on the pretext of marriage.
The victim further alleged that he also took away Rs 50,000 amount from her. With no response from him, she approached police personnel and filed a case against Hegde. A case under IPC sections 376, 377 has been filed against him. The police are yet to arrest Hegde and are probing into the matter.
Coming to Kangana Ranaut, the actress often finds herself in news for her controversial statements. Her Twitter account was recently banned on the grounds of igniting hate speech. The actress recently recovered from COVID-19 and was snapped as she headed to her Manali home.
