Since long, Kamal Haasan’s fans have been awaiting the sequel for ‘Indian’ and finally something substantial is happening to kickstart the shooting by the end of this year. The latest, we hear that director Shankar and Director of Photography Ravi Varman had conducted a recce in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
So, it’s understood that ‘Indian 2’ will be majorly shot in the two Telugu States, i.e., on the sets erected in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and also in Kadapa. That’s why the filmmaker and the DOP were clicked while location hunting in Kadapa, sitting in a chopper.
Nayanatara is playing the female lead in this sequel and Bollywood mass hero Ajay Devgan will also have a crucial role to essay in this lavish political thriller to be bankrolled by Lyca Productions. Shankar is adept at handling such political subjects that deal with social issues and we hope, both Shankar and Kamal Haasan live up to the expectations that will arise because of the blockbuster prequel, ‘Indian’.
