So, the year end is drawing closer and its the time to retrospect some of the good work done in Telugu film industry in the past 12 months. We begin it with the scintillating item numbers of the year which wooed the youth and mass audience to theaters.
1. Kevv Kekaa (Gabbar Singh):
Bollywood beauty Mallaika Arora shook her hips with Pawan Kalyan in Gabbar Singh for Kevv Kekaa song. The movie went on to become a huge hit and the song reverberated every where in the state. Pawan Kalyan’s funky steps as naughty cop drove the fans mad and made the song the ‘Item number of the year’.
2. Bad Boys(Business Man): 
Bad Boys, the first item song of the year drove the youth out of its senses for excellent instrumentation of Thaman and unique lyrics penned by . The song also extracted its share of controversies for its lyrics from some Hindu organizations. Also, the Censor board had banged the song hard by blurring the exposure of the item girl. Yet the song will have its share of pie.
3. Joramochindhi (Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu)
Rarely, we see an item number in Pawan Kalyan’s movie but in 2012, it is a double dhamaka. Joramochindhi is his second entry in the list. Bollywood hottie Scarlett Wilson made her first appearance to Telugu audience and the number became an instant hit when the audio release.
4. Sye Andre (Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum):
The song marks the reentry of Sameera Reddy in to Tollywood. The special attraction in the song is the guest appearance of Victory Venkatesh in Coolie No.1 get up. It was a treat to Daggubati fans to see Venky and Rana share the screen space for the first time.
5. Sakkubhai (Damarukam)
The second entry of Devi Sri Prasad in the list. This song was not intially part of the movie but was added in the last minute. Charmee danced for the foot tapping number shaking her heavy booty which went on to help the movie very much.
