The COVID Second wave has brought the Telugu film industry on its knees once again. The theaters were shut and the shootings were getting stalled one after the other. Some movie units are trying to conclude their existing schedules and then call off.
But before they could, cases are surfacing and forcing them to stall the shoots. Some of the senior stars fall in the high-risk category and they do not want to take risk shooting in these conditions. Sources say that all the shoots likely to be called off by the first week of May.
Meanwhile, star heroes are already chalking out plans to go on holiday in this break along with their families. They are preparing their travel itineraries to the countries where the COVID impact is less. Many stars usually plan holidays to be away from the scorching heat. COVID Second wave has made things easier for them now.
However, they will be hoping that things will become normal at least by June so that the huge pile of pending releases can be cleared as soon as possible.
