International movie database and user-rating film media portal, IMDb has released the list of top 10 Indian cinema superstars based on the audience’ interest.
Three Tollywood stars have made it to the list and they are Jr NTR, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun. Even Samantha has made her way onto the list.
What’s very interesting is that Tamil star Dhanush has ranked above superstars like Charan, NTR, and Allu Arjun.
Alia Bhatt ranks second on the list, followed by Aishwarya Rai. Then come Ram Charan at 4th, Samantha at 5th, Hrithik Roshan at 6th, and Kiara Advani at 7th.
Jr NTR and Allu Arjun are ranked 8th and 9th respectively. KGF star Yash comes 10th on the list.
“The IMDb Top 10 Most Popular Indian Stars of 2022 list is comprised of stars who consistently ranked the highest on the IMDb weekly rankings throughout 2022. These rankings are based on the actual page views of the more than 200 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide” IMDb wrote as they explained the math behind the rankings.
