With the Delhi police pressing “attempt to murder” charges against the six accused of the brutal rape committed on a 23-year-old medical student, stars of the Tollywood voiced their anger and offense by demanding death penalties for the accused.
Posting across Twitter, Taapsee Pannu showed both her revulsion and grief against the crime committed. Advocating the spirit of feminism, Pannu stressed that instead of telling the girls to take precautions, they should teach their sons better. “Really sad to know bout yet another rape case frm delhi. The only thing I hate my city for! How some men really don’t have any shame left in them. And for all who consider it a woman’s fault, don’t tell your daughters to not to step out in the night, instead teach your sons better!”
