Tollywood box office in the USA saw two new releases this weekend – 18 Pages and Dhamaka. These films are facing an adverse effect from a natural cause.
U.S. National Weather Service issued an alert calling it a ‘once in a generation’ Winter storm that will impact nearly every state. This has resulted in a poor box office performance of Dhamaka and 18 Pages.
The US premieres gross of 18 Pages is $40,200 while Dhamaka hasn’t reported any premiere numbers. This is a rather slow start.
Several cities across the USA are expecting record low temperatures in the next few days and this will certainly result in a dry box office run for both new Telugu outings at the US box office.
As it appears, Adivi Sesh’s Major will be Tollywood’s final $1 million film at the USA box office for the year 2022.
