The career span of heroines is rather brief. Barring one or two, not many actresses enjoy a considerably long run. Usually, star heroes prefer to act alongside any actress for two times at the most.
Now, speaking about Pooja Hegde, she is in the peak of her career. She has acted with almost every top hero in Tollywood. In fact, she has acted twice with Allu Arjun twice already and she pairs with Mahesh Babu for the second time for SSMB28.
She paired with Prabhas for Radhe Shyam. Incidentally, there is a talk that all is not well between Prabhas and Pooja as there was a fallout between them during the film’s shoot. So, the chances of them sharing the screen again are bleak.
She has acted with Jr NTR already – Aravinda Sametha and no one knows when they might come together again. She hasn’t paired with Ram Charan and Pawan Kalyan yet and we can’t predict whether or not it will happen.
Another interesting thing is that Tollywood stars have set their eyes on pan-India market. In a bid to boost their prospects, they are going after Bollywood heroines like Kiara Advani, Deepika Padukone, and others. Meaning, Pooja is no longer the prime option for Tollywood stars.
As of now, Pooja Hegde and Rashmika Mandanna are the only star heroines in Tollywood. So, with the lack of options, filmmakers might occasionally look at Pooja, but she appears to be past her prime. SSMB28 is the only biggie in her hand now.
