Festival like scenes in the capital region of Andhra Pradesh as the foundation stone will be laid by the Prime Minister today. Thousands are flocking to the venue early in the morning. People are coming to Uddandarayunipalem in special buses, tractors, cars and other vehicles.
All the parking spaces arranged by the government are already full and the narrow roads are struggling to accommodate huge vehicles flow. The crowds are expected to swell in couple of hours as the event begins in the afternoon. Traffic and crowd management is the major challenge for authorities.
VIPs have also started coming to Gannavaram Airport and they will be helped by liasoning officers till they go back. MIPs will air lifted with special choppers arranged by the state government. Everyone are eagerly waiting for the Prime Minister speech when he is expected to announce a Bihar like Special Package to the state.
