The recently released Narappa which got streamed on Amazon Prime Video is getting applause from all quarters. The movie is being lauded for its faithful remake and also the cast and crew who left the audience spellbound with their screen presence.
Child artist Rocky, who played Venkatesh’s son Sinnappa in the film also won appreciation for his performance. The child artist has now opened up on working with Venkatesh and how the star’s behaviour blew him away.
Speaking about it, the child artist says, “Venkatesh was very friendly and never gave any starry attitude. In fact, despite being such a huge star he surprised me after he himself folded a prop of the set. After the shot got over, everyone was busy wrapping up things. Then I saw him coming and folding a prop and also asked me to come and help a bit. He doesn’t need to do it, but still, he did it. This gesture really touched my heart,” adds Rocky.
The child artist further recalls on the day of the audition how Venkatesh also took his test. “He took me to his room and asked me to emote an emotional scene. I did it immediately. He got convinced and spoke well and asked about my whereabouts,” he concludes.Follow Mirchi9 on Google NewsThis Week Releases on OTT – Check ‘Rating’ Filter
