Reports say that ‘Zanjeer’ director Apoorva Lakhia might be looking out for his movie and from what we hear, the director, in order to have no complications, shot both the remakes at the same time. The remake of the popular 1970s movie of the same name starring actor Amitabh Bachchan will release in two languages that is Hindi and Telugu and the famous director Apoorva Lakhia creatively completed the two films earlier than expected.

However, reports say that even though the lead stars are same in both the movies, sources say that the role of the villain Sher Khan will not be played by Sanjay Dutt in the Telugu version which is called ‘Thoofan’. Srihari will portray the role of Sher Khan in its Telugu version and a source close to the cast informs media that both the great actors were called on the same day for their shoot in both the versions which was a major help in finishing the films on time. The way director handled the shoot was interesting, he used to shoot with Sanjay Dutt first and then Srihari enters the sets for the same scene.
