The-Only-Weak-link’s-In-Saaho’s-RampageThe Saaho mania has started, and in a week when it will be ready to hit screens, it will be at its peak. But, before we get to that stage, a sneak peek at things to come is visible via early advance-bookings. At the same time, we also get to know the potential weak spots, the chinks in the armor for Saaho.

The all-India excitement for Rebel Star Saaho is excellent. It is expected to be only next to Baahubali 2 in all languages among all the multi-lingual Indian releases. The Hindi version, especially, is poised to create a sensation and surprise the trade.

So, where do the weak links arrive from? Well, they come in the overseas territory. The US market provides a proper glimpse of this aspect. The shows for all the versions are slowly getting updated. Here are the prices.

For premiere shows, the Telugu version of Saaho is priced at $25 whereas it is $20 for Hindi and Tamil. Similarly, for the regular days, the Telugu original ticket would cost $20, and it would be $15 for Hindi and Tamil.

The good news is that even with those prices in place, the Telugu ticket sales are excellent. But, when it comes to Hindi and Tamil, they are abysmal. Still, these are early days, and we have one full week left for the release. Things can change overnight on any given day, but this is more or less likely to be the trend.

All of that means the Telugu version of Saaho has to do most of the batting. Only then it can cover the potential shortfall of the other languages, for Saaho to breakeven.
