In a recent event in Mumbai where Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was honoured with the prestigious French Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters for her contribution to the arts, it was her daughter who stole the limelight. The event was attended by the entirety of Bachachan family (except for Jaya Bachchan) as well as Aishwarya’s parents.
However, the little child was not so happy when her mother was called on the podium to receive the honour and cried to the point that her father, Abhishek had to take her outside.
Aishwarya explained saying that, “It gets overwhelming for babies. That’s why we get protective. We would love to share our personal moments with all of you, but we tend to take care of our babies.”
Aishwarya is enjoying motherhood very much and declared the same by saying, “I am realising what it takes to be a mother. Thank you (Abhishek) for giving me such an indefinable experience of being a mother. It surpasses everything.
