The release trailer for Nagarjuna’s The Ghost is out now and it promises that the film is a stylish action thriller. Nag plays Vikram, a special agent and there is a fair bit of action associated with his character.
The trailer starts with the establishment of Nag’s character who comes to the rescue of his sister’s family while they are in danger. Him being a special agent, takes on the challenge and there is a whole lot of action surrounding the same.
The stylized action shots in the trailer look good and they are complemented by the fitting background score. Nag doesn’t look his age and he looks sharp in the action sequences, something we don’t often see in senior veterans. Gul Panag and Anikha Surendran are also seen in the trailer. The leading lady, Sonal Chauhan appears to have a glamorous presence.
By the looks of it, Ghost is a slick actioner with a family sentiment thread. A lot depends on the brother-sister-niece plot. Praveen Sattaru is known for his stylish taking and the same is highlighted in the trailer. But the binding factor will be the emotional connect and we have to wait till 5th October to know if that is on point.
