For a long time before the film Katamarayudu went on to sets, there was a buzz that either it was an official remake of Tamil film Veeram or an adaptation of it. It has finally turned out to be real.
Pawan Kalyan is yet to enter the shoot of the film which was started a few days ago but already reports about the shoot and pictures are coming thick and past. One of the reports suggests scenes being shot on actor Kamal Kamaraju and he plays the brother of Pawan Kalyan in the film. It clears all the doubts regarding the film being a rework of Veeram.
Dolly of Gopala Gopala is directing the film which is expected to be wrapped up in early next year. Shruti Haasan acts as heroine in the film produced by Sharath Marar. One has to wait till early next year to see if this Veeram remake will get Powerstar back on success path again or not.
