Though many big producers and top stars didn’t openly condemn the Producers Panel’s decision not to promote Telugu films in two specific channels, they seem to have taken a silent route not to experiment with the panel’s decision and welcome the ire of the remaining channels.
Now The Telugu Film Producers Council makes it clear that all the producers are at liberty to exercise their own interest in promoting films choosing whichever channel they want. Producer Council also urges the producers to file a complaint with the council if anyone tries to exert pressure on them to promote only in those two said channels.
Day by day the unrest is growing and more and more producers and top stars are opting not to obey Producer Panel’s innovative ways of cost-cutting method by cutting on promotional events costs. Already stars Nagarjuna and Balakrishna stood by TFPC and many others are soon to follow going by the present fate of newly recently released films.
