Almost a year later Atharintiki Daredi still continues to be in the news courtesy the awards. The film starring Pawan Kalyan and Samantha had recently won all the major awards at Filmfare and now its done the same at Mirchi music awards.
Mirchi Music awards are conducted by FM channel Radio Mirchi annually covering all the South Indian languages. Atharintiki Daredi was the major winner at the awards ceremony which happened yesterday in Annapurna Seven Acres, Hyderabad. It was adjudged the Best Album of the year and Devi Sri Prasad won the award for Best Music Director. It wasn’t a surprise though as many expected it to be the winner and thus continuing its victory march. Next on the radar is the SIIMA awards. Will there be any surprises or will it be the same thing as usual, we will know soon.
