Remember the pretty Swathi Reddy from ‘Ashta Chamma’? After the success of Swamy Ra Ra, she has only signed one Telugu film, which also happens to be with Nikhil. But in the last 12 months, she has signed three Tamil films, out of which she has completed shooting for one already. She seems to have become extremely busy in Tamil.
The actress however says that she gives prime importance to both the industries. In fact, since she is also busy in Malayalam, she says she only gives preference to good scripts and not films. If a particular script and character impresses her, she will be more than happy to do a film. But she admits that after Swamy Ra Ra, not even a single Telugu script impressed, and therefore, she didn’t sign any new films.
She, however, says that she’s on the verge of signing a new Telugu film soon. Currently, she has a Malayalam and Tamil film ready for release.
