Sometimes one wants to grab the most luring offer but fate comes in the way in such a way that there is no space to accommodate the opportunity one has been eyeing since long. Seems South top heroines are in one such condition. Many of Tollywood and Kollywood top heroines expressed their desire to act in the remake of Hindi super hit movie ‘Queen’. Kollywood film maker actor turned producer Thiyagarajan (Actor Prashanth’s father) bought the remake rights of the film to be made in four languages in South namely Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
Hence he wants an actress who already has been popular atleast in two languages. Right from the moment Thiyagarajan bought the remake rights, several names having been popping up as being considered to play ‘Queen’ in the remake. Among them Anushka, Samanta and Tamanna’s names are on the top. But Thiyagarajan made clear that no one is finalised yet and amongst the top actresses whoever can allot ample dates for the film is most likely going to be finalised. Meanwhile director Radha Mohan’s name (director of ‘Akashamanta’ and ‘Gaganam’) is also making rounds in the cine circles. Great films are indeed a rare oppurtunity!
