According to a report by Fox, Telugu couple – Pavan Gurram and Vanaja Gattupalli are accused of stealing more than $250,000 in Kohl’s Cash. The couple from New Jersey reportedly used a ‘computer process’ to bypass Kohl’s Cash barcodes and generated the pin numbers to match.

They managed to steal more than $250000 like that. They were traced down using their IP addresses. Kohl’s gives customers $10 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 spent in stores or online.

They resorted to this fraud between June 2014 and March 2015. They would later sell the Kohl’s cash. If they are convicted in this case, they may face up to 20 years in prison on each wire fraud count.
