Popular Writer and Gnanpeeth Award Winner Dr C Narayana Reddy is No More. He is unwell for a long time and finally breathed his last this morning. Popularly known as CeeNaRe, his first work was Navami Puvvu in 1953.
He won Gnanpeeth Award with Viswambara Kavyam in 1988. Government of India honoured him with Padma Sri award in 1977. Several of his film songs were very famous. Telugu States have lost a stalwart. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
