The teaser of the new bilingual from Tamil cinema, Enemy, is out. It stars Vishal and Arya in the lead roles. The exciting part is the former plays the hero, whereas the latter is the villain.
The teaser reveals nothing about the premise of the movie. All we get to see is glimpses of various actors’ parts of the film and all the action. There is a lot on offer concerning the latter.
The basic idea of pitting two known faces against each other seems to be inspired by the Bollywood movie War. Of course, it isn’t new or anything, but we mention it because it is the most recent memory. In the case of the Enemy, it is Vishal and Arya who are at loggerheads.
Will there be a Face-Off like a twist, or is there something new in the store? We will know once the movie is out. The makers claim it would be a September release, which needs to be taken with a pinch of salt at the moment.
Mirnalini Ravi and Mamta Mohandas are the female leads. Prakash Raj plays a crucial part. He also gives the voice over in the teaser.
