Young Rebel Star Prabhas in an interview promoting his Saaho was asked about the new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Prabhas started with saying he does not understand politics and went on to add that Jagan’s rule began only recently and that it seems like Jagan is doing a fine job.
Prabhas said that Jagan is a young CM and hoped that Andhra Pradesh will prosper under Jagan’s rule. It is evident that it is a diplomatic answer and when asked you expect a star hero to respond on it in some way or other. Prabhas did not show any anxiousness in replying to the topic. When the clip went viral on social media, everyone was like Okay.
But a few web media houses with vested interests have been cooking stories how TDP fans are offended by this reply of Prabhas and vowed to kill Saaho. The media houses are on a promotional overdrive saying how TDP Social Media is maligning Prabhas and Saaho.
Moreover, they mentioned Chandrababu Naidu who cared nothing to stop the propaganda on his Government in Social media passed orders to kill Saaho. There can not be a better joke.
This came as a big surprise because there is no such propaganda even on Mega films even though the heroes supported Janasena in the recent elections. There is no Halla bol on Yatra – The YSR Biopic even though it has a couple of veiled attacks on TDP. Back then, TDP was in power and there was no attempt to stifle the movie. Its high time everyone including some media houses learn that movies are too small to be taken seriously by Political Parties.
