Newcomer Taapsee is being groomed by famous actress Karisma Kapoor for her first impression in the Bollywood cinema. The actress who will be making a debut in the Hindi film industry with a David Dhawan directed film ‘Chashme Baddoor’ is preparing for her showdown in Bollywood and the moviemakers are highly concerned about the influence she has there.
It is heard that David Dhawan had the newbie reach Mumbai a week ahead of the beginning of promotional events so as to have her tutored by Kapoor. The senior actress and Dhawan have a history of their own which is one of the main reasons why he called her in. Many of Karisma’s greatest hits were directed by Dhawan like Judwaa and Biwi No. 1.
It is not a wonder that Taapsee is excited to be introduced to her and learn from Kapoor’s experiences in Bollywood. A source said that since both of them are originally from Punjab, it won’t really be a surprise if they started chatting in Punjabi. He added that Karisma will be giving Taapsee tips to ‘handle the glare and the pressure’.
