Somehow one can’t help but think if there is a jinx associated with the name Puli going by how things are unfolding on films with same time but for various actors.
Telugu audience of current generation would instantly connect to the horror that Pawan Kalyan served us few years ago but that wasn’t the first. There was a Chiranjeevi starrer Puli too which was a disappointment. Now it looks like Tamil star Vijay too is following their footsteps with his new Puli.
Today the first official stills from the film were released to unanimous disappointing response. In fact as soon as the pictures were released a trend called Puli Memes gained the lead over fans trend on social networking sites. With director lacking experience at handling big stars, will Tamil Puli also follow the Telugu Puli path?
