Recently, we came to know that Tamannah isn’t going to reprise the protagonist role in the Tamil and Telugu remake of Bollywood super hit woman-centric film ‘Queen’ as the film was shelved and the actress isn’t upset over it.
However, the producer of the remakes who acquired the remake rights of the Hindi movie gave clarity about the remakes. The remakes aren’t shelved only that Tamannah will not be playing the lead role in te remakes. There had been remuneration issues with her and hence Tamannah is finally out of the project said Thiagarajan who acquired the remake rights.
So, the producer is hunting for another heroine to play ‘Queen’ and also in the process of finalising the directors for the remakes in different languages. It’s confirmed that the film isn’t shelved and the project is still on. When ‘Queen’ hit theatres for Bollywood audiences, many of our top heroines said they would like to portray Kangana’s role without even charging fees. In reality, nothing of the sorts happened.
