Tamannaah is no longer the primary choice for mainstream female lead roles in Telugu films. She has acknowledged the same and has been focusing on web shows and web films of late.
Tamannaah will soon be seen in Babli Bouncer which is skipping theatrical release and premiering directly on OTT.
Babli Bouncer has now sealed its official OTT release date. The film will be made available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from the 23rd of this month.
The same was confirmed through the trailer that was dropped earlier today. The trailer shows that Tamannaah plays a tomboy character in the film and she will be seen as a lady bouncer.
The film will stream in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. It is directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. This is Disney+ Hotstar’s second direct to OTT release this month after Akshay Kumar’s Cuttputlli.
Tamannaah is also working on Chiranjeevi’s Bhola Shankar which is the remake of Vedhalam. She has Gurthunda Seethakalam lined up for release soon.
