Gautham Menon’s latest film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu (Life of Muthu in Telugu), has opened to decent reviews and is off to a good start at the box office in Tamil Nadu.
While promoting the film in Telugu, Gautham Menon gave an interview to a local channel, during which he spilled beans on the Mahesh Babu project that was to happen a long time ago.
When the interviewer asked Menon what happened to his project with Mahesh Babu, he said that the project was Ye Maaya Chesave, and after Mahesh Babu rejected it, the film happened with Naga Chaitanya.
Gautham Menon is making himself busy in Tollywood in the coming days. If reports are to be believed, then he is planning his next with Ram Pothineni, which will take off next year. He also has Gharshana 2 with Venkatesh.
Menon is also in talks with DVV productions for a gangster film with Ram Charan. Reportedly, Menon also has a script in mind for Chiranjeevi.
Gautham Menon has a good following among the class audience in Telugu. Let’s hope he makes some crackling cult films in the coming days in Tollywood.
