Taapsee Responds to Her Zero Box Office Pull

Taapsee-PannuTaapsee Pannu is known well for her relentless comments blaming or making fun of the same people who she used for her career. South audience has that bitter experience with her midriff comments on Telugu director Raghavendra Rao. She put the blame on media for creating controversy when she said nothing wrong where she actually did.

Now again, she is doing the same with her recent release, Game Over. The film which released in three languages couldn’t impress much at the box office and a lot of shows have been pulled down screening other running films. Pointing the same Twitterati wrote, “Oh, Taapsee has zero box office pull”, to which Taapsee replied, “No sir I don’t. My movies do 🙂 hope you give it a chance too #GameOver.”

What does she mean here? That it is not her, but her films have the impact on box office pull? Which means it is not her fault, but the film Game Over couldn’t pull the numbers. So now she puts the blame on the film. Whatever is the reason for the dull run of the film, this comment of hers is not surely sending a fair message out.
