KCR-revanth-reddy-supreme-court bailTelangana ACB had scripted perfect plan for catch Revanth Reddy red-handed while trying to bribe the nominated MLA, Stephenson. Normally with such clear evidences, the case should be a very easy open-shut case but the investigating agency is receiving back to back brick bats in this case. ACB Chief AK Khan is meeting Telangana Chief Minister KCR morning and evening exposing the political hand in this case.

The biggest blunder was committed while trying to doubt the judiciary itself. Stephenson’s Not Before petition and Telangana AG Rama Krishna Reddy asking the bench to shift the case were seen as desperate attempts to blackmail the judiciary itself. In turn, a contempt case was slapped on Stephenson. The nominated MLA was called to KCR’s farmhouse and had closed door meeting with him.

Revanth Reddy and the other accused were entitled to bail in this case but objecting and going to appeal in Supreme Court is even bigger mistake. Telangana government even tried to malign Supreme court judges by pressing on the Chief Justice bench to take up the case.

But even that could not evade failure. Normally it should be a failure of the ACB but Telangana government’s very close interest in this case even made it a failure of the KCR.

In fact, it is KCR who misguided ACB to failure in this case. In all possible ways, TDP is higher side in this political fight now.
