Actress Swara Bhasker, who enthralled in movie Veere Di Wedding, is doing her bit in helping the migrants of various states who are stranded in the shelters in Delhi. The actress arranged food packets, dry ration, and sanitary napkins to those needed in the shelters.
She encountered a strange problem of requiring footwear for the migrants. She was going through the ads of the footwear companies and stumbled upon a brand ‘Relaxo’ endorsed by Superstar Salman Khan. She reached out to him and boom came the solution.
He connected her with the CEO of the company and the necessary footwear was delivered free of cost. They were distributed in the shelters. Several Bollywood actors are in the news for their generous hearts in this Lockdown. Sonu Sood is making travel arrangements for the migrants to go home.
