Actor Suriya’s latest project is a film with N. Lingusamy that has been titled Anjaan. The first picture from the movie that was recently release depicts Suriya as a stylish ruffian against the background of a mosque like building. This type of character is common in Tamil cinema and this decision seems to have been taken by the director himself. Indeed, it has been reported that Lingusamy has come up with a lot of references for Suriya to base his look on and the final decision for the look was again taken by the director.
In other news, press release state that Anjaan will be co-produced by UTV Productions and Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers. Meanwhile the shooting for the film is already in motion and the cast have by now shot for a month in Mumbai and will now go to Goa.
