After the mixed response to his experimental film, the science fiction ‘2’ directed by Vikram Kumar of ‘Manam’ fame, actor Suriya isn’t ready for any experiments any time soon. He rejected a film which is getting ready for release.
The film is ‘Vanamagan’ starring Jayam Rai in the lead and directed by Vijay. This is an action adventure film in which the hero will be seen as a tribal who grows up with animals and exhibits animalistic traits because of his brought up. Saayeshaa Saigal of ‘Akhil’ fame is making her Kollywood debut with this movie.
It’s a challenging role according to the makers and we have seen in the trailers the hard work and the transformation of Jayam Ravi as a tribal. This answers the doubt why Suriya rejected this movie. After a big experiment like ’24’, Suriya must have reservations to risk another experiment, anytime soon.
