At the Telugu version’s pre-release event of Karthi’s upcoming movie ‘Khaidi‘, Karthi announced that his brother’s next project will be with director Hari. Hari was the director who gave Suriya a movie like ‘Singham’ that was a blockbuster back then.
However, with times, Hari turned out to be an outdated director merely because he didn’t update himself to the present taste of the audiences who were encouraging the new-age filmmakers who have been coming up with experimental concepts.
Though Hari gave the hero a solid hit in the past, the directors last five films that include the second and the third part of ‘Singham’ didn’t do great things at the box-office.
Suriya’s ‘Singham III’ and ‘Saamy Square ‘ with Chiyaan Vikram were total disasters. Can Hari help Suriya to bounce back from the low phase of his career?
