Supreme_Court_vijay-sethupathiIt is known that star actor Vijay Sethupathi made headlines a couple of years ago when a man named Maha Gandhi alleged that the former and his team badmouthed and also manhandled him at Bengaluru Airport. A court case was filed against Vijay back then.

Now, the Supreme Court has ordered Vijay to be present for the investigation and to attend the court hearing without fail.

“Being a star actor, you(Vijay Sethupathi) should be aware of the fact that you have a lot of fan following and it is upon you to move with diligence and respect. People look up to you. You can’t go around abusing people as you wish.” The court stated.

The court added that actors are often amidst much fanfare and they should maintain poise and integrity while out in public.

The court was subtly aggressive on Vijay Sethupathi over this case. Further hearing is postponed to 2nd March. Vijay’s lawyer is calling for the striking out of the case. More details will be out in the due course.
